Family radio 105.3 is a Christian founded radio station located in
Kitintale along old port- bell road, three miles away from Kampala
city. The station broadcasts on a 2.0kw transmitter and its antenna is
situated on the hills of Mutungo. High profile staffs with wide
experience in business and broadcasting industry coupled with a blend
of talent, manage family radio.
The coverage of family radio is 250km radius from Kampala. Our signal
is picked from places as far as, Jinja, Masaka, Kayunga, Mukono, Rakai,
Wakiso, Luwero, Nakasongola, Mpigi, Mitiyana, Mubende western
districts of Kyenjojo, Hoima and some eastern districts of Mbale and
the Victoria Island.etc

LANGUAGES USED;
Family radio is multilingual station broadcasting in the
local languages of Luganda the three Rs ( Runyakole,Lutoro Lukiga) and
English. These are the dominant languages used as by the majority of
people in the country.
